Business, Marketing And Revenue Plans
PRG is often asked by its clients to consult with Senior Management and/or owners to develop a company-wide revenue plan. Our discussions always turn to a review of the current business plan, which would be supported by their current marketing plan, which in turn is supported by the sales plan.
